We are incredibly proud to be working with Voice 21 as part of our commitment to developing oracy across Waterside Academy.

A huge well done to Mr Craig for leading this work and for becoming a Voice 21 Oracy Champion!

Oracy is all about helping children develop the confidence and skills to express themselves clearly, listen carefully, discuss ideas thoughtfully and communicate effectively. These are vital life skills that support learning across the curriculum and prepare children for the future.

Through our partnership with Voice 21, we are continuing to strengthen opportunities for high-quality talk in classrooms so that every child can find and use their voice with confidence.
