The Sandbox is NHS funded online mental health support for children and young people. They have many resources and information for parents also. Scan the QR code below to have a look around the site.

We work very closely with the Mental Health Schools Team (MHST). They work 1:1 with parents and provide workshops for both children and adults, giving support and advice.
